I don't understand why release dates are so nebulous and conflicting.
Over the weekend I got an email from Amazon.co.uk saying that Metroid Prime 3: Corruption will be released on June 30th, and inviting me to pre-order. When you click through to the web page they have a box shot, and confirmation of the release date there.
However, if you check Game, Play, Gamestation, or HMV etc. it's quite a different story: all Temporary artwork and estimated release dates.
Nintendo Europe's release schedule announcement of 21 June shows no mention of Metroid at all.
I guess we'll see on Friday but it seems strange that Amazon are so sure, yet potentially so wrong. Not that I'm surprised by any online retailer making mistakes these days.

Amazon is also displaying June 30 for Super Smash Bros Brawl. If that's right for either, I'll eat my wiimote.
More infos! FTW!!
Contains spoilers. Professional driver on a closed track.
Does it mention a release date? (I can't read it if it has spoilers)
No mention of the release date, only some game play deets, some controller info and some stuff that lets you know that the [SPOILER FILTER ACTIVATED] from the last game makes an appearance early on in Level [SPOILER FILTER ACTIVATED] along with the [SPOILER FILTER ACTIVATED] that now uses that [SPOILER FILTER ACTIVATED] weapon, only bigger.
lol.
Amazon have slipped the date to October 26th. Wankers. Why make this shit up? If you don't know, don't put it.
I bet they took a whole load of pre-orders though, clever really.
