In an effort to not constantly read about halo news at work, I see the BAFTA game nominations are up. Linky!
In reality these mean very little for the average gamer, but are there any glaring omissions? Anything anyone would like to see recognised? Any thoughts on Wii sports sweeping the board?

My "from way out of nowhere" award has to go to Crackdown. The bestest most mindless fun you can have without alerting Jack Thompson.
I spent many happy evenings with my Uncle Kermit leaping about pretending it was Mega City 1.
Hang on... They've missed Wii Sports out of the Best Story and Character category!!!!
