I was wondering whether the game Dead Rising would be skinnable. If so, the first one out has to be a chav hack. Running round a shopping centre killing chavs with a scythe is quite appealing to me.

You wouldn't even have to change the default animations of the zombies, just coat them in Burberry.
I'd love to see the Xbox Live system used to distribute homemade mods. Imagine the enthusiasm, productivity and quality of the amateur dev scene surrounding Quake 3 Arena dumped into the Live infrastructure?
The main problem, of course, is the lack of dev. tools available for a console, but so many PC games these days come with editors (Far Cry and Half Life 2 spring immediately to mind) I don't see why the X360 titles couldn't ship with similar bonuses.
